Challenge

The two sides need a cost-effective way to access these shared document production sets without regard to the infrastructure and operating costs associated with managing the documents.

Implementation

This challenge can be addressed with CaseCentral Law Firm Edition, Single Matter Version, with the Secure Multiparty Option. The repository is administered by CaseCentral as a shared service to the parties who need access to the information. The costs for the service are shared equally by the parties, delivering a cost-effective solution.
