CaseCentral Production - Keeping You Ahead of All Deadlines
Our integrated eDiscovery review platform ensures on-time production. Once content has been processed, analyzed and reviewed, it can be produced at any time in all standard formats.CaseCentral Production fully supports the delivery of content to outside counsel, the courts and regulatory agencies with appropriate load files in all common formats. Documents can be produced as single instances or reduplicated and organized by custodian. CaseCentral Production helps you to complete the eDiscovery review process with:
- Pre-defined Production Authorization processes
- Flexible export criteria based on flags, folders and review dates
- Standard quality control checks on each production
- Chain of custody that is maintained from processing to production
- Robust and scalable production capabilities that enable you to deliver case content in required formats
- Coding checks across all matters to ensure no document or near-duplicate withheld in another matter is ever produced
Fail-safe protection after production with information rights management
CaseCentral has integrated information rights management (IRM) capabilities from EMC into our eDiscovery review platform to enable the application of access policies to documents during production. Those policies can be enforced indefinitely no matter where the documents ultimately reside on backup tapes, laptops, or email servers in the eDiscovery review platform of opposing counsel or on an attorney's desktop. Every copy of a document inherits the policies, which are permanent until revoked by the producing party.
Digital Clawback:
Revoke the security policy of a document that has been inadvertently produced. Make the document and all its copies inaccessible.Digital In-Camera Review:
Protect documents that disclose confidential information. Limit access by IP address; forbid printing or screen captures.Digital Settlement:
Disable all copies of produced documents when a case settles. Retain complete control of settlement agreements.
