Fail-safe protection after production with information rights management

CaseCentral has integrated information rights management (IRM) capabilities from EMC into our eDiscovery review platform to enable the application of access policies to documents during production. Those policies can be enforced indefinitely no matter where the documents ultimately reside on backup tapes, laptops, or email servers in the eDiscovery review platform of opposing counsel or on an attorney's desktop. Every copy of a document inherits the policies, which are permanent until revoked by the producing party.

Digital Clawback:

Revoke the security policy of a document that has been inadvertently produced. Make the document and all its copies inaccessible.

Digital In-Camera Review:

Protect documents that disclose confidential information. Limit access by IP address; forbid printing or screen captures.

Digital Settlement:

Disable all copies of produced documents when a case settles. Retain complete control of settlement agreements.
