SAN FRANCISCO - June 02, 2005 - CaseCentral, the market leader in electronic discovery and litigation management solutions for major law firms and corporations, has been named a Finalist in the Best Overall Company category in the third annual American Business Awards.

CaseCentral, the market leader in electronic discovery and litigation management solutions for major law firms and corporations, has been named a Finalist in the Best Overall Company category in the third annual American Business Awards.

More than 1,200 nominations from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best New Product or Service and Best Support Staffer.  CaseCentral will be competing in the Best Overall Company category for up to 2,500 employees.

“CaseCentral is honored to be considered for such a prestigious award within the business community,” said Christopher Kruse, CEO and founder of CaseCentral. “Being considered for this award is testament to CaseCentral’s continued dedication to customer service and our commitment to developing innovative solutions that truly impact and benefit law firms and in-house corporate counsel involved in the ever-complex litigation management process.”

Founded in 1994, CaseCentral introduced the first online litigation document repository in 1998 and established itself as the first on-demand application service provider (ASP) focused solely on the legal market.  CaseCentral provides its customers with the most advanced electronic discovery and litigation management solutions in the industry. The results have been outstanding:

    * In 2004, CaseCentral received recognition from several business and industry outlets, including being named as the leader in the online repository market by The American Lawyer magazine; being ranked as one of the top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times; and being named to the 2004 Inc. 500 list.
    * The company continued to expand its customer base, which now includes 81 of the American Lawyer Top 100 Law Firms and legal departments of leading corporations worldwide.
    * CaseCentral released two new on-demand online review services that continue to reshape the way law firms and corporate legal departments manage, review and produce litigation-related documents: the Online Review & Repository Law Firm Edition, a major enhancement of the company’s Online Review & Repository service, and the Online Review & Repository Enterprise Edition, the first service of its kind designed specifically to meet the enterprise litigation management needs of corporations in litigation-intensive industries such financial services, pharmaceuticals, automotives and consumer packaged goods.

Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs will select Stevie winners from among the Finalists.   Finalists were chosen by business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in February through April.

The elegant Stevie trophy was designed by R. S. Owens, the same company that makes the Oscar and the Emmy.

“The Stevie Award has quickly become the most coveted business honor in America,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of The Stevie Awards.  “We began the Stevies in 2002 with the mission to generate recognition of deserving companies and individuals among the business community, the press, and the general public.  Being selected as a Finalist is an important achievement, because it means that independent judges have agreed that the Finalist is worthy of national recognition.  We congratulate all of the Finalists on their achievement and wish them well in the competition.”
