CaseCentral Unveils Innovative Bundled Pricing Program

Industry's First All-In-One Pricing Structure Helps Corporations and Law Firms Eliminate Hidden Fees, Better Manage Cost of Litigation Support

SAN FRANCISCO - January 30, 2006 - CaseCentral, the leader in Litigation Lifecycle Management solutions for major law firms and corporations, today announced the industry's first all-in-one pricing program to help corporations and law firms better manage litigation support expenses and eliminate hidden fees that inflate costs.

CaseCentral, the leader in Litigation Lifecycle Management solutions for major law firms and corporations, today announced the industry's first all-in-one pricing program to help corporations and law firms better manage litigation support expenses and eliminate hidden fees that inflate costs.

CaseCentral's bundled pricing program enables customers to pay a flat, fixed monthly fee for a suite of services and removes the transactional costs inherent in the industry's traditional, a la carte pricing model. In addition, CaseCentral's pricing model enables corporations and law firms to improve the forecasting of litigation expenses by pro-rating litigation costs over the lifespan of the case, rather than incurring a lump sum upfront in electronic conversions costs that distorts the budgeting process.

"CaseCentral's new bundled pricing program is specifically designed for corporations and law firms that want a predictable monthly charge or that have fixed budgets. It eliminates the hidden costs inherent in a per case or per transaction pricing model and rationalizes the budgeting process for litigation support services," said CaseCentral CEO Chris Kruse. "CaseCentral's pricing model is a fundamentally more efficient and transparent approach, and as a result, it should lower costs for corporations and law firms."

CaseCentral's pricing structure is flexible, designed to help customers buy services for the enterprise or by the individual case. The program offers six tiers of pricing with various levels of hosting and e-conversion services. Customers can move between those levels of pricing to best match their data usage needs. They can also purchase bundled hosting services only or hosting and e-conversion together.

“CaseCentral's pricing program is consistent with our strategic focus of helping corporations standardize their legal business practices through innovative Litigation Lifecycle Management solutions," Kruse said. "CaseCentral’s new pricing structure reflects the way corporations and law firms want to purchase litigation support solutions and makes it preferable to use a single provider to manage one case or 1,000 cases."

Pioneered by CaseCentral, Litigation Lifecycle Management is a business strategy that standardizes legal compliance initiatives for corporations and law firms to improve profitability, preparedness, and productivity, while reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Litigation Lifecycle Management combines technology with best practices in legal review, document repository, and electronic discovery to provide greater visibility and intelligence about pending legal action.
