eDiscovery Sales Executive

Role

Sales Executives will have responsibility for creating and managing the sales opportunities in a defined geographical and named account territory in order to meet or exceed the expected annual sales revenues for that territory.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Professional

  • Minimum 4 years of successful selling in the eDiscovery market; preferably to Corporations
  • Demonstrated track record of repeat customer engagements in legal market
  • Consistent history of successful sales quota achievement
  • Established relationships within industry and territory
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technology background and acumen
  • Functional competency and competitive knowledge with legacy products, including Concordance, Summation, iConect, Kroll, EPIQ, Stratify, and Relativity.


Personal

  • Minimum 4-year college graduate; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Impeccable personal integrity and commitment to the success of customers
  • Passion for developing strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Strong personal interest in strategic selling and matching complex business problems to technical solutions
  • Able to travel up to 50% of standard work hours

Project Manager

Department: Professional Services
Location: San Francisco Office

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy and team oriented professional to join CaseCentral in our San Francisco Office as a Project Manager in the Professional Services Group. The Project Manager must have demonstrated success in managing large and complex projects. The candidate is responsible for achieving high client satisfaction, is the owner of overall day-to-day project management of various projects and execution and delivery of job requests for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the Director of Professional Services to help clients accelerate success and maximize value from CaseCentral, including but not limited to:

  • Gather specifications and requirements related to client requests and ensure quality in implementation
  • Serve as the primary client contact in the various assigned projects
  • Manage customer expectations based on internal loads and customer deadlines
  • Coordination of internal cross departmental resources to manage tasks to meet specified deadlines
  • Identify and track key metrics for client satisfaction
  • Document requirements of all projects and assure client review and approval
  • Track engagement schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in scope
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Professional Services and Sales teams on account planning activities


Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • Excellent project management skills with 5+ years of experience

Junior Data Analyst

Department: Data Operations

Position Summary

The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for executing scripts and tools to support CaseCentral's Electronic Discovery and Online Review products.

Responsibilities

  • Executing SQL scripts in Oracle to perform extraction, translation, and loading (ETL) of client data.
  • Interface with the Professional Services Group and Data Operations team, ensure client requirements are  met on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and escalate to senior level managers.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent client data issues as needed.


Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • Bachelors Degree or Relevant Experience.
  • 1-2 years of Oracle SQL experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.

Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, team oriented professional with electronic discovery and litigation support experience to join CaseCentral in our San Francisco and New York Offices as an Associate Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager position is responsible for assisting CaseCentral Project Managers in achieving high client satisfaction, overall day-to-day project management and executive of job requests for a portfolio of clients.


Responsibilities

Work under the direction of CaseCentral Project to help clients accelerate success and maximize value from CaseCentral, including:

  • Acquire detailed knowledge of CaseCentral’s platform to be able to manage the following activities for clients: document processing, site configuration, workflow management during review, advanced methods of search, reporting and analytics, and production of documents
  • Document requirements of all projects and assure client review and approval
  • Track engagement schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in scope



Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • A minimum 2 years experience in project management and litigation support
  • Deep experience with electronic discovery and current technologies
  • Exceptional analytical and logical skills
  • Effective written and oral communications
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Senior Software Engineer – UI and Presentation Tier

Department: Software Engineering

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for developing the user interface and presentation tier of CaseCentral’s SaaS platform for Electronic Discovery, Early Case Assessment, and Online Analysis, Review and Productions


Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the user interface and presentation tier infrastructure.
  • Improving the usability and interactivity of client facing features and workflows.
  • Lead the design and implementation in one or more client facing application features.
  • Define and write code for client side and server side layers of the presentation tier.
  • Drive integration between the presentation and logic tiers.
  • Drive end to end quality with effective automation of unit level, component and system level testing.
  • Provide effective reviews, evaluations and selection of relevant technologies in all parts of the overall application.


Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
  • 6+ years experience with JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, XML/XSL and Flash.
  • Experience with cross platform (Windows XP and Vista, Mac OS), cross browser (IE6/7/8, Firefox 3.x, Safari), standards compliant object oriented programming a must.
  • Extensive experience with AJAX, JSON, Flex and jQuery, Dojo, YUI or other major framework(s).
  • 2+ years experience in Java, JSP, Web Services, J2EE, STRUTS, and EJB environment.
  • Proficient with JBoss application server, Eclipse and CVS on Linux and Windows platforms a plus.
  • Logic- and data-tier experience and/or SQL/Oracle experience a plus.
  • Applications experience in electronic discovery, archiving, document management, content management or workflow management a big plus.
  • Must be able to work in an agile development methodology with rapid release cycles.
  • Must be able to code, design, and debug end to end aspects of a multi-tier application.
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating design solutions from very high level requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability as an effective communicator and team player.
  • Must have attention to detail and passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Senior Data Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for planning and executing projects to support CaseCentral's Electronic Discovery and Online Review products. This includes assessing and implementing customer requirements, developing work orders, and executing SQL scripts and other software to transform customer data.


Responsibilities

  • Extensive designing, writing, and executing SQL scripts in Oracle to perform extraction, translation, and loading (ETL) of client data.
  • Generate and review non-standard reports and perform data exports.
  • Develop requirement definitions for new software tools with acceptance testing of new software releases. 
  • Interface with the Professional Services Group and Data Operations team, ensure client requirements are  met on time and with a high degree of accuracy; work directly with customers.
  • Perform quality control checks against all incoming and outgoing data.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and escalate to senior level managers.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent client data issues as needed.
  • Define and implement root cause analysis.
  • Support customer migration plans.


Education, Experience and Key Competencies

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 5+ years of Oracle experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve technical problems independently with no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Extensive experience using Unix/Linux command line interface.
