• Advanced sampling techniques defensibly eliminate the exhaustive review of every document, further decreasing costs.
• Non-linear review by concepts, attachments ranges, email threads or near duplicate groups maximizes reviewer efficiency by allowing documents to be reviewed together, side-by-side or by just the differences between 2 documents in a simple interface.  
• Advanced search features empower reviewers to quickly inspect large volumes of documents and emails using any combination of Boolean, concept, fuzzy, proximity and phonetic searches.

Dynamic Concepts and Faceted Navigation present major concepts and top authors, recipients and dates within the information, without requiring any user action. Users can then act on the data, culling irrelevant documents by 90% or more and pre-tagging remaining groups of documents prior to attorney review. Attorneys gain a more complete understanding of case data in less time which leads to reduced review costs and faster overall case resolution.

Extensive File Type Processing and Embedded Document Support ensure all files are available for review. Documents are indexed, embedded files are extracted, and image-conversion is completed across hundreds of files types so that reviewers and attorneys can search and find documents regardless of how they were originally stored. Audit reports and full quality-control metrics are made available throughout the process.

Advanced de-duplication reduces data sets dramatically. Identifying and removing duplicates eliminates redundant data and ensures that only one instance of a document is retained for analysis and review, significantly reducing the time and cost burden.

Additional review administration functionality ensures efficiency in review and review management.

Administrators can configure attorney review screens so users can have any combination of metadata, coding sheet and the document open on one screen or across dual-monitors. The Joint Defense support provides secure access to a shared repository accessible to all firms in the joint defense team.
