CaseCentral Enhances Management Team with New Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Marketing

Thomas Skoulis, Hinda Chalew Bring Combined 40 Years of Expertise to Leading Provider of Electronic Discovery and Online Litigation Management Solutions

Thomas Skoulis will serve as the company's new COO responsible for overseeing CaseCentral's sales, marketing and services operations. Hinda Chalew joins the company as vice president of marketing where she will manage all of CaseCentral's worldwide marketing activities.

Skoulis brings nearly 25 years of high-tech management experience to CaseCentral. Prior to joining CaseCentral, Skoulis spent 13 years at Netopia, where he held multiple executive management positions, including senior vice president and general manager responsible for the company's software business. While at Netopia, Skoulis was instrumental in ensuring the company's annual software revenue and for doubling quarterly revenue for two consecutive years. In addition, Skoulis has held a variety of sales and sales management positions at 3Com and Digital Equipment Corp.

Chalew joins CaseCentral from Valchemy, Inc., where she was vice president of marketing. While at Valchemy, Chalew was responsible for re-branding and launching the company and developing marketing initiatives to increase brand and category awareness as well as customer acquisition. Prior to Valchemy, Chalew served as vice president of product marketing and management for ADP's Claims Services Division, where she was responsible for a $150 million product line consisting of 25 different products. Chalew also held senior level marketing roles at JusticeLink, Inc., Giga Information Group, and Cheyenne Software, Inc. She also was an industry analyst for Dataquest, Inc.
