Company Posts Second Best Quarter In Its History

SAN FRANCISCO - July 18, 2006 - CaseCentral, the leader in providing on-demand discovery lifecycle management platforms for major law firms and corporations, today reported that revenue jumped more than 23% in the second quarter of 2006 compared to the first quarter of 2006.

The company’s growth was the result of new corporate customers in the financial services and energy services sectors and increased usage of CaseCentral’s Review & Repository application by new and existing law firm clients.  The second quarter of 2006 was the second best quarter in CaseCentral’s 12-year history.

CaseCentral’s second quarter results follow a series of initiatives that the company launched in early 2006, including a new bundled pricing model, enhancements to Online Review & Repository, a new PST Production Service to handle requests from regulators and other government agencies, and a strategic partnership with Guidance Software.
