The enhancements in Online Review and Repository 4.2 provide real-time access to review status information in an actionable format.  Legal teams can better monitor the progress of document reviewers by eliminating delays of a day or more that are typical in overnight batch processing of reviewer files.

Online Review and Repository 4.2 automatically updates statistics to allow for a complete search of all documents that have been reviewed – either in the last day or last year.  Senior attorneys can immediately locate documents flagged as requiring their attention.  Review quality checks can easily be made, spanning all documents reviewed to date, and then immediately corrected in place.  Documents that reviewers have redacted can be searched for and then viewed as part of the validation of placement of redactions.
