CaseCentral To Open New York Intake Center

The New York Intake Center will enable CaseCentral customers to deliver media locally in Manhattan and avoid shipping delays.

"By eliminating the transportation of data cross-country, CaseCentral will help our East Coast customers start the electronic discovery process sooner."

The New York Intake Center accepts both direct customer data and third party data from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Data is restored in order of receipt and can be delivered in a variety of media and formats as well as online via FTP.

CaseCentral's staff is on site to manage all deliveries and the chain of custody. Standard notification procedures for media receipt apply. Individuals with secured access are identified and included in the standard chain of custody procedures.
