Designed and engineered for businesses with "mission critical" data, 365 Main was renovated by top architects, engineers and consultants to the limits of modern day safety, security, technology and intelligence. The facility was designed to withstand "A once-in-a 1,000 year earthquake" per the 1997 Uniform Building Code. 365 Main has been granted "Essential Facility" status, assuring that the facility will remain operational during and after a major earthquake, and that tenants will be allowed on-site without the city inspection required of non-essential structures. The facility is both SAS 70 certified and received the 2002 Award for Best Seismic Retrofit. All of these factors figured into the CaseCentral decision to move its central data center to the 365 Main facilities.
